Yesterday a family friend gave me some Porbeagle Shark steak and it made for a proper yummy dinner today. I marinated it in Soy Sauce, Rice Wine Vinegar, Lime Juice, Olive Oil, Garlic, Black Pepper and left it to marinade for a few hours. Then I simply seared in on a griddle pan and served it on a bed of rice with some rocket tossed in a balsamic vinegar dressing… Nom!!
