Good old Macaroni and Cheese :)
Earlier this week I was in a restaurant in Manchester and the person at the table beside me ordered Mac and Cheese and ever since seeing it arrive at her table I have been craving it. I woke this morning took one look out the window at the rain and misery and thought “Mac and Cheese day” so here it is. I’ll be honest I’m a bit to lazy to go to the effort of writing up the recipe this evening but if anyone wants it let me know in the comments and I’ll add it to the post in a day or so…..
